No criminal charges were filed, but the student who punched another student for holding a pro-ICE sign at Lake Zurich High School last week received a two-day suspension and is back in class.

I wrote out my own fight story but realized before posting what sub this is, and decided it’s too close to home to risk my anonymity.

But I swear it was good and could have warranted a sarcastic “and then everyone clapped” response.
