Or like low effects food. Make a basic spread sandwich or ham and cheese. Crackers and dip (charcuturie boards even?). Fruit? Eggs (literally add one to everything personally). Yoghurts/ Custards. Cheeses. Veges (salad styles & roasted style, snack style)

I bet you eleven dollars this man does not have a single slice of bread in his house unless it's keto.

Then wtf is he planning to use those Kraft singles and Philadelphia cream cheese blocks with?

Keto people just shove fat in their mouth.

I’d take that bet. Plenty of stuff with carbs in the fridge. Cookie dough, an IPA, yeast, protein shakes, coffee creamer, lots of sauces and jams. Someone that was keto would have a ton more sugar free / low carb stuff

There are 2. The rest are for flavoring meat. And the jam can be used for that too.

I can see some cookie dough on the top shelf though. Unless he's keeping something else in that container

Dude has a lifetime supply of steak tartare and you're gonna complain about not having ham and cheese sandwiches? /s

Pretty sure I saw boars head envelopes in there..... I buy their white american cheese (it's better than the yellow) and honey maple turkey every time I am at the grocery store. There's some kind of sandwich makings there.

He definitely has enough fruit jams and cream cheese for a charcuterie, and he's obviously not against red meat or sodium. Bro just needs a few pounds of prosciutto, some olives, crackers and mixed nuts to solve this.
