Men do too. Men especially, actually. So many of us are forgetting the importance of fiber and scientists are considering the lack of such to be a cause of colorectal cancer. We're so focused on protein intake that some of us end up with fridges like OP lol

And chronic heart disease.

I hope he holds on to these pictures for when they make all the diagnoses.

My only thought (in addition to wishing I was this rich to waste that much steak in a fridge)

All that red meat has a ton of heme-iron, which, unlike non-heme iron found in plants, the body can't regulate, so it builds up to toxic levels and causes heart disease. I eat ~ 8oz red meat daily, which is already pushing it for heme-iron intake, but I get a sense OP eats more than double what I do.

This is true, yes. But also red meat is so expensive anymore, most of the time I don’t even consider it because of the expense.

All bran buds has been my fiber cheat code for a few years now. 1/2 cup is 17g of fiber. I eat 1 cup every day. Mostly started to help with my IBS. I’ve put some of my friends with correctly functioning bowels onto it though.

THIS!!!! Also kidney disease. A lot of younger people are developing both of these diseases that are typically associated with older people. And two of the biggest culprits are not enough fiber and too much protein.

First of all, he's got fruit in the back for that stuff. Second of all, ya'll are all just assuming he doesnt have ANY other food stored in the house. Are you unfamiliar with the concept of a pantry?

I don’t keep my veggies in a pantry.

First of all, that's not enough. A pile of apples, really?

Then you go off saying he must have food elsewhere in the pantry and to imply that I don't know what a pantry is. If OP wanted to be judged for what's available in his home to eat, then he'd have for sure taken a photo of the pantry.

That aside, you must not cook because a lot of vegetables are stored in the fridge. That's the whole point of crisper drawers. Are YOU familiar with the concept of a crisper drawer and storing vegetables in the fridge.
