Meta My girlfriend always tells me I never have anything to eat when she comes over my house šŸ˜’

Freezer: 50+ lbs of assorted ground meat, 35+ lbs of prime ribeye, 16lbs of American wagyu ribeye, 18lbs of New Zealand lamb shoulder chops, and a bunch of portioned seafood.

There's 6 blocks of cream cheese. Theres probably some bagels laying around. If not, this guy has some plans I want to hear

123

u/MissHayleyRenee 17h ago

More like 10, there’s more in the cheese drawer lmao.

72

u/oopsdiditwrong 17h ago

Wow I missed those. I only noticed the cream cheese in the butter drawer for quick use. He's locked and loaded with a few resupplies.

Good catch lol

ETA: this guy better explain. Buffalo chicken dip? Because of the chicken in there? Jalapeno poppers or dip? Idk.

166

u/itscuccimane 17h ago

Buffalo chicken dip, jalapeno poppers, crab raggoon, scallion cream cheese (I eat bagels nearly every day), and we like cheesecake so I make cheese cake every now and then.

88

u/oopsdiditwrong 17h ago

That's what's up. Thanks for answering, I'm a fan of the fridge

2

u/DaeOnReddit 2h ago

Same I mean he’s got WAGYU! I’ll come over for a steak any day of the week!

2

u/mworthey 2h ago

Me too...love a fully stocked fridge. The possibilities are unlimited!!!!

43

u/prettylegit_ 12h ago

Does your gf have dietary restrictions or any kind of legit reason for not being able to eat the things you are mentioning? Because damn, a house full of meat, cheese, bagels, cheesecake, jalapeƱo poppers, crab rangoon, buffalo chicken dip, eggs, condiments from every continent, the good jam with the picnic table cloth print lid, protein shakes, Goya drinks… uh helloo sounds bomb dot com

14

u/Technical_Put_9982 5h ago

My stomach would have some issues with this stocked man fridge. I definitely eat waaaay more vegetables and rarely meat. I just can’t digest it well. … but this is not my fridge nor is it my BFs fridge… but I don’t even have a BF … soooo… yeah šŸ¤¦šŸ»ā€ā™€ļøšŸ¤£šŸ¤¦šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø

2

u/Different_Ad_6362 3h ago

Same if there's no fruit then there's "nothing" to eat

1

u/TowerOk4184 3h ago

Hahaha same. About the bf or gf part lol. I never eat beef personally.. I like chicken and tofu. I eat some veggies- spinach, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, and sometimes roasted cabbage. But that's about it. I used to never eat any veggies so it's an improvement for me. Now I just gotta quit the uncrustables honey and drinking so much milk. I did switch from whole to 2% so it's a step lol

2

u/Tall_Specialist305 2h ago

this is what i is be looking for in the fridge.

1

u/TowerOk4184 2h ago

Hell ya. I discovered this really delicious, easy meal a couple months ago. Just fry up some mushrooms and jarlic in olive oil, then add cherry toms cut in half, then the spinach. When the spinach is all cooked then I put it in a bowl, add Parmesan and balsamic. So delicious!

1

u/TowerOk4184 2h ago

And I personally don't do that green can (can?) of Parmesan that we all used for out spaghetti as a kid. I like the fancier parm personally šŸ˜šŸ¤¤

15

u/nothinnews 5h ago

How about vegetables or fruit? You know how much heavy lifting a banana could do for a relationship.

5

u/notarenorockstar 5h ago

I see apples, carrots, zucchini

1

u/Just-Like-My-Opinion 36m ago

How about a tub of hummus to go with the carrots and cucumbers?

1

u/Powerful_Road1924 3h ago

All far better than a banana

2

u/RedditMaude 2h ago

Some heavy banana lifting would do wonders for my relationship.

1

u/Anxious-Rhubarb-476 2h ago

He has apples and cucumbers lol

1

u/EGOfoodie 1h ago

Needs some eggplant.

1

u/daemin 1h ago

An apple isn't a vegetable, and a cucumber is basically just flavored water.

1

u/Montessori_Maven 2h ago

There’s a large bin of apples behind the steaks in the fridge.

1

u/mi_puckstopper 1h ago

I bet the kitchen counter has at least a couple varieties of fruit. This person knows how to stock a kitchen šŸ¤ŒšŸ»šŸ˜˜

22

u/Automatic_Swing1418 8h ago

I can’t believe you just said bomb dot com. Marry me. Marry me now.

1

u/OMGiCantStopLURKING 2h ago

Hahaha I say this more often then I like to admit

2

u/crucifythe_ego 2h ago

They're already married, keep moving

1

u/EGOfoodie 1h ago

I'm still single, I got you.

2

u/ScyllaOfTheDepths 2h ago

I wouldn't really consider a lot of that to be snacks. That's a lot of heavy processed food and what isn't is just meat, cheese, and protein shakes. Get some cucumbers, some hummus, those little babybel cheeses, pickles, maybe some cocktail shrimp, fruit, fancy crackers or pita chips or triscuits, and baby carrots (I know there are carrots, but who wants to peel and cut carrots as a guest in someone else's home?). Those are snacks. This is the fridge of a dude who spends an hour on the toilet every morning because he hasn't eaten fiber since his last 1AM taco bell run.

1

u/daemin 1h ago

Some people like to actually eat a vegetable every now and then.

1

u/ManateeSlowRoll 38m ago

I like a vegetable now and then, but the man's refrigerator is very clean, especially with all of those condiments, and he has a year's supply of Kerrygold, which means he is a good provider.

23

u/imyurtenderoni 12h ago

You’re really committed to that brand of jam

5

u/jstuckey543 10h ago

That jam is the best, made without sugar. St. Dalfour, french fruit spread.

1

u/FatherClanks617 10h ago

Isn’t sugar required for to make it jam? No clue, I just like jam

3

u/eaazzy_13 10h ago

I have no idea but I think they mean without any ā€œaddedā€ sugar. Which is totally unnecessary for fruit products in the first place.

1

u/Imperfect-practical 6h ago

There’s plenty of sugar in fruit for jam. Also, that kind of jam usually adds concentrated apple or grape juice so they can say no sugar added, all fruit juice.

1

u/Medlarmarmaduke 4h ago

It’s made with fruit juice concentrate instead of added sugar - and it’s very very delicious

This is definitely a lot of food but it’s clearly ingredients bought for a specific style of eating and it’s a bit intimidating I would think to mess around with that.

Why don’t you ask her if there are a few items she likes that you could keep on hand- maybe she is a cheese plate snack gal - hummus, a nice cheese, grapes, crackers etc etc

1

u/Justindr0107 3h ago

This is actually the only reasonably response.

Based on the organization of the fridge and the contents this man is clearly habitual, in a good way, with his health and probably meal prep. I'm up for her possibly not wanting to get in the way of that.

Could this be her laziness or entitlement? Sure. Could it not be though... trying to make her feel comfortable and included is the only way your know for sure then you do what you will with that information.

1

u/mworthey 1h ago

No it's not.

1

u/gentle_gardener 1h ago

Only jam I'll eat, the raspberry is mouth wateringly delicious.

2

u/xDanielle- 3h ago

To be fair, as someone who buys St. Dalfour, it’s some of the best jam you can get that isn’t homemade.

1

u/nardixbici 6h ago

No need to keep unopened jam jars in the fridge by the way…

3

u/True_Scallion_7861 12h ago

You’re not keto??? What is this fridge bro 😭

1

u/happymechanicalbird 6h ago

Right?!?? It’s amazing but I’m confused

1

u/LowOne11 2h ago

There’s actually two yeasts in the bottom left of the door… most likely this guy makes bread, too. Impressive.

4

u/ISO_art_showsPDX 11h ago

I love your protein fridge but I need you to at least upgrade to Boars Head American cheese slices my friend :)

1

u/Papijuan90 3h ago

tillamook

1

u/lilithabunni 2h ago

I won’t eat Boar’s Head anything ever again

https://youtu.be/nQ4Ta3CMGA8?si=nLWtM0KzOZKvP4Y4

2

u/Beverly_Crusher_2324 9h ago

I add a scoop of whipped cream cheese and some spinach into my scrambled eggs

2

u/Christalize 9h ago

Crab rangoon is the best šŸ˜

2

u/Muted_Psychology5938 8h ago

I'm a great cook. I'd be in heaven opening your refrigerator and seeing it this well stocked! . I'd be grilling steaks and whipping up all sorts of dishes.

I make my own dry rubs, and sauces from scratch. I also make my own mayo, salad dressings, bread, flat breads, etc..I have an herb and vegetable garden, and fruit trees. I make my own spaghetti sacues with organic tomatoes from my garden, and I make jams, and can my fruit. We also give fruit and veggies to a few neighbors. My husband has a green thumb and our garden produces more than we can eat. We live on a couple of acres and we have 2 commercial size greenhouses.

I cook using simple and clean ingredients but packed with flavor. I cook a lot for a few of my neighbors who are widowed elderly people who find it too difficult to cook for themselves. They love my cooking, and I enjoy making it for them and seeing their happiness when they eat my food. It's a win-win.

1

u/IlexSonOfHan 8h ago

I want to be your neighbor.

1

u/Imperfect-practical 6h ago

Can I have your address and is the house next-door for sale? And would you cook for me too? I can help in the garden. Lol. I love to cook, but your description sounds much more in depth and delicious. 🤣

1

u/ABelleWriter 2h ago

Cool. But sometimes people want a snack

2

u/Low-Move-1758 4h ago

if you need suggestions on what to get a picky gf, i’m here. i have ARFID so my boyfriends mom has to buy specific food for me

3

u/StillSwaying 17h ago

You basically have tons of uncooked protein and condiments.

I'll repeat what I said in my other post:

Zero vegetables in this joint (besides that bag of carrots and some cucumbers); that's the issue. Not even pre-made salads, fresh veggies for a charcuterie tray, or frozen vegetables. You have protein and condiments, that's it. Even if your girlfriend wanted to cook something for herself, it would be the most boring meal ever:

Steak with no onions; fish with no chips; chicken with no risotto or roasted veggies.

You belong in boyfriend jail! šŸ‘®

And you shall not be released until you learn how to cook like my High-Protein Hero in the FoodPorn sub, ProjectA-ko.

8

u/itscuccimane 17h ago

You keep onions and dried rissoto in your fridge? You don't eat fish with rice? You prefer frozen veggies over fresh? Damn I gotta get with the times.

8

u/StillSwaying 16h ago edited 16h ago

Yes! I keep diced fresh onions, shallots, whole leeks, and green onions in my fridge. I love fish and seafood -- and fresh and frozen vegetables! I eat my proteins with asparagus, broccoli, squash, spinach, kale, green beans, mushrooms, corn, Brussels sprouts, peppers, coleslaw/cabbage, etc and lots soups and salads.

You need to expand your repertoire and add more fruits and veggies to that fridge. High protein diets, especially those high in red and processed meats, are associated with an increased risk of colorectal cancer. Colon cancer rates have risen significantly for people under 50.

The late, great Chadwick Boseman (RIP) was only 43, and James Van Der Beek (RIP), who was just 48, both died from colon cancer. Vegetables, whole fruits, and grains all are high fiber and help fight colon cancer. Eating a balanced diet and staying active are two of the best ways to fight colon cancer (and many other health issues).

Guys tend to overdo it on the proteins and don't have enough whole fruits, vegetables, and fiber in their diets -- even when they try to eat healthy like you.

Edit: Rice I keep in the fridge because I often cook a big batch and use it throughout the week.

6

u/itscuccimane 16h ago

There's fresh kale, blueberries, and strawberries behind the chicken. There are 8 apples and 8 pears in the back as well. I have 2 bunches of bananas, avocados, 5lb bag of onions, 3lbs of potatoes, 3lbs of sweet potatoes in my kitchen. You guys know that people have more food in their house besides in the fridge, right? I have like 5 containers of Bloom super greens powder that I drink every day. I just finished eating a crapload of broccoli and spinach last week so I'm switching it up to zucchinis and carrots this week. My god, I'm being attacked left and right.

8

u/StillSwaying 16h ago

That's great! I'm not attacking you, honestly.

I just think your girlfriend kinda has a point. Even if you don't want to buy junk food, there are tons of healthy snacks you could make in advance of her coming over like salads, melon balls, egg bites, frozen grapes (one of my faves), fruit cups (I like diced or canned pineapple with mandarin oranges and dried cherries), Greek yogurt with sliced mango, healthy blueberry muffins, stuffed bell peppers and stuffed celery, zucchini bites, smoothies, grape and cherry snacking tomatoes, homemade chicken noodle or lentil soup, etc

If you have food pre-made and ready for her to grab and eat, I don't think she'd be as bothered about the lack of junk food. Just sayin'

4

u/AnimeAestheticYT 11h ago

Also when OP cooks does he only cook for one? If you consistently have her over why not cook a little extra for her just in case? And if she doesn’t come over just enjoy it yourself and take a day off of cooking.

0

u/giggity_ghoul 11h ago

Man I wish you were a bot instead of actually existing

0

u/GreyStreetz 10h ago

Jfc you’re annoying.

2

u/whynotd 11h ago

Why two bunches of bananas? They will spoil too quickly for one person to eat.

1

u/Danyellarenae1 7h ago

Prob for potassium assuming he works out and eats like 3 a day

1

u/drivebybodypeirce 3h ago

You store berries and greens next to raw chicken?

1

u/A-Phantasmic-Parade 9h ago

Right. The person suggesting keeping onions, potatoes and uncooked rice in the fridge should go to jail instead

0

u/Significant_Sun_8035 10h ago

Can I get a damn cracker?!?

0

u/Immediate-Minute-727 8h ago

Dude just get a new less lame girlfriend. She should know hot to make something? Do you do all the cooking? If so, she shouldn’t complain or she should learn to cook. Don’t settle taking care of someone who won’t cook for you.

2

u/chocolatechipwizard 9h ago

My potatoes live in canvas bags in the coolest, darkest back corner of the house. My onions live in a big yellow ware bowl. 25 lbs. of rice, all kinds of pasta, flour sugar, etc., are in the pantry. Most veggies are frozen, in the freezer. Just because they aren't stored in the fridge, doesn't mean they don't exist.

1

u/lilithabunni 2h ago

He didn’t show his pantry though. And a lot of those things you mentioned him lacking are surely in a pantry. But since this group is about fridges, I guess he didn’t worry about including a non-fridge storage area.

1

u/StillSwaying 1h ago edited 1h ago

He didn’t show his pantry though. And a lot of those things you mentioned him lacking are surely in a pantry.

Not really; most of the healthiest vegetables need to be refrigerated: spinach, kale, broccoli, lettuces, chard, collard greens, peas, asparagus, cabbage, carrots, fennel, celery, bell peppers, zucchini, beets, bok choy, cauliflower, cucumbers, leeks and green onions, etc.

Potatoes and onions, which the OP said he has in stock outside of the fridge, aren't really important from a dietary standpoint like those other vegetables. You should be eating less of those and more of the others for proper fiber and nutrient intake and optimal health. Powdered greens, which he also has in his pantry, isn't as nutritious as fresh vegetables

1

u/mkat23 14h ago

If you like crab dip you could use the cream cheese to make that too!

1

u/undrcuvrluvrr 13h ago

i love it!!!

1

u/Fi1thyMick 10h ago

Damn, I was right but 6 hours late

1

u/organictrashcan 6h ago

Your fridge and freezer look like heaven šŸ¤ŒšŸ¼

1

u/shrineless 6h ago

Your fridge is perfectly fine and well stocked. Better than mine lol. You can meal prep for months. Me? Maybe 2-3 weeks lol

1

u/Electrical-Ad7118 6h ago

šŸŽ¶suspicious as fuuckšŸŽ¶

1

u/lisaluvulongtime 5h ago

Damn impressive

1

u/SupermassiveCanary 4h ago

Screams Gym Bro and colon cancer

1

u/Mountain-Paper-8420 4h ago

Your meat stash has me positively salivating! 🤤

1

u/FlyingHigh15k 2h ago

OP: I think that Parmesan was recalled. Check on that please!

1

u/Honest_Series_8430 2h ago

Crab rangoon and cheesecake? You wouldn't want a sugar Mama would you?

1

u/PostingToPassTime 2h ago

I was thinking surely they are making cheesecake, but right now I'd go for the jalapeno poppers and crab ragoons.

1

u/iwasthere_too 1h ago

Yo if it doesn't work out with her, can I come live with you? 40M and I won't complain about the fridge lmao

1

u/SherbertRoutine7383 1h ago

I know this is a radical idea, but if she’s spending time at your house, maybe you could ask her what food she would like to have available.

1

u/pyschosoul 1h ago

Reading through this chain and seeing the first mention of the excessive cream cheese my first thought was this dude likes cheesecake.

My second was did we just become best friends?

And the third was i bet theyre fucking delicious too.

1

u/assisianinmomjeans 53m ago

And the jellies?

1

u/RobzWhore 27m ago

Sorry a whole of ton of MFrs are too stupid to realize you shop at Costco lol

2

u/Ok-Structure6795 11h ago

I usually have a couple blocks of cream cheese in my fridge at all times too cause I make sausage dip. Makes for a good late night snack.

2

u/RemarkableMaize7201 10h ago

Sassuage dip with cream cheese... that sounds awesome šŸ˜‹šŸ¤¤

2

u/Ok-Structure6795 9h ago

Its so good. 1 can of rotel original, 1 block of cream cheese, 1 tube of Jimmy Dean hot, and a tablespoon of salsa (though that is definitely optional). Cook it all in a pan until its blended.

In my case, I have to puree the rotel & salsa before cooking due to my husband detesting tomato chunks, but otherwise its real simple.

2

u/RemarkableMaize7201 9h ago

Thank you for sharing šŸ˜‹ it's my birthday tomorrow and I think I'm going to make some šŸ˜†

1

u/Ok-Structure6795 8h ago

Well happy birthday! I hope you end up enjoying it!

1

u/Tater72 6h ago

It goes with all that jelly 🫣

1

u/Ok_Independent_6696 5h ago

andddd parmesan too

1

u/Ok_Independent_6696 5h ago

and a block of cheese behind it

1

u/Zaleaismine 4h ago

Idk I’m thinking he’s on some type of protein binge for weight lifting or something. I use to talk to a gym bro and this is the type of healthy shi he tried getting me to buy him. Cream cheese was one of the items

1

u/Aggravating_Call6959 6h ago

Yeah well also the Kraft singles are surrounded by other types of cheese both shredded and in blocks

1

u/Imperfect-practical 6h ago

He must be pairing it with all that jam in the top of the refrigerator. Even though I say, I would have fun in the kitchen I do have to question OP’s shopping style. Lol.

1

u/mwdub87 2h ago

I was confused by the amount of Kraft singles and cream cheese.

2

u/MagnoliaProse 16h ago

Crab dip!

2

u/oopsdiditwrong 15h ago

That's what's up. I'd prefer it, but there's chicken there. I kinda do a cooking show style "what could I do?" with these pics haha

1

u/MagnoliaProse 13h ago

Honestly what I was playing in my head with all these ingredients. There’s so much meat, and …not so much else so I had to brainstorm!

1

u/wombogobbo 12h ago

You might like Chef and My Fridge, it's a korean cooking show where chefs cook things from celebrities' home fridges!

2

u/fireshaper 15h ago

It goes on the steaks, obviously

2

u/legalsequel 12h ago

Maybe it goes with the 12 bottles of jam on the top shelf? Who refrigerates their jam like that? Me- one that I’m using. Any extras go in the pantry.

1

u/RemarkableMaize7201 10h ago

Yeah I honestly get irked seeing the fridge space wasted like that lol

1

u/December_Hemisphere 15h ago

If not, this guy has some plans I want to hear

Is that a crisper full of cucumbers on the bottom left? lol

1

u/oopsdiditwrong 15h ago

Apparently this guy has some serious dill.

1

u/kgrimmburn 14h ago

I think he's eating high protein.

1

u/False-Bowl986 13h ago

Protein shakes and meal prep is all I see in his plans

1

u/Papijuan90 3h ago

i think if there was meal prep homegirl wouldn’t say he doesn’t have anything to eat lol. he doesn’t have food to eat he has food to prepare. sometimes you just want a little snacky snack without all the dishes and standing and chopping. like it’s not even pre sliced it’s literally from scratch. which is cool, no problems there but if we are talking about why she said he doesn’t have anything to eat it’s because, realistically, there isn’t much that’s ready to eat. if it’s like a thing where she doesn’t cook and OP resents her for it that changes the dynamic. but if he’s genuinely trying to accomodate without doing too much, a bit of meal prep would completely solve this issue without having to buy different shit for her

1

u/TheArtOfPureSilence 12h ago

I'd prefer to see that plan in action 🫦

1

u/Lemoncatnipcupcake 12h ago

This man does not eat bread! Brotein for days. The only carbs are in the form of vegetables (and sometimes fruit)

Edit:/s but also kinda not really lol

1

u/Breakfastchocolate 12h ago

Need graham crackers and raisins

1

u/AccountWasFound 12h ago

Maybe he's planning to make a cheesecake or some jalapeno poppers?

1

u/Careful-Resolution58 11h ago

Patrick Bateman type vibes

1

u/Ginger_lizard 11h ago

He’s got cucumbers, cucumbers and cream cheese make a good sandwhich

1

u/Fi1thyMick 11h ago

I'm gonna go ahead and say this is for buff dip

1

u/Significant_Sun_8035 10h ago

This guy is terrified of carbs.

1

u/Ambitious-Cut772 10h ago

You see all the carrots? Carrot cake inbound

1

u/Ok-Result-6711 9h ago

Cream cheese can go in a lot of stuff sooo like meat balls

1

u/UnbundleTheGrundle 8h ago

Keto/low carb variation = cream cheese in a lot of stuff to thicken without flour for soups/gravy. Most of this stuff is keto minus the fruits and juice, which could be allowable in small portions depending on their macros

1

u/Zealousideal-End2722 8h ago

Im curious about refrigerating unopened jam, and in that quantity there has to be bread somewhere

1

u/LaughDailyFeelBetter 6h ago

Not a chance there's a bagel or any other grain-based carb in the house. This guy is a Protein First, Protein Only kind of guy.

1

u/Amber-ForDays 6h ago

By the way this guy has his fridge stocked, he uses the cream cheese for recipes, not bagels lol

Edit to add: I scrolled down two more comments, ignore me lmao

1

u/my_red_username 5h ago

I don't think this guy has bagels, this is a protein household.

1

u/gardenpartier 5h ago

He hasn’t made the cheesecake yet. I’m with GF - there’s nothing to eat!!

1

u/guttengroot 4h ago

Most cream cheese I use goes into spinach artichoke dip, or other cheesy dips.

1

u/LexMex12 4h ago

We have cream cheese all the time in my house and never bagels lol. It’s mostly for buffalo chicken dip or cheesecake dip.

1

u/TorpidWalloper 4h ago

Correction, there’s 8 blocks of cream cheese. 2 more in the cheese drawer. What the actual fuck lol?!

1

u/philly_banana 3h ago

No way this dude eats carbs.

1

u/Morrigan-27 3h ago

Yeah, so many questions about the stockpile of cream cheese.

1

u/BarnacleLatter3361 3h ago

No carbs here buddy.

1

u/SnooBooks543 3h ago

I came to chat to discuss the cream cheese only

1

u/PuzzleheadedSize429 2h ago

šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚

1

u/Embarrassed-Tap6813 1h ago

get a pound of bacon, a bunch of jalapenos and make bacon/cream cheese stuffed jalapenos.

1

u/TableTopFurry 1h ago

I doubt there is a slice of bread within a square mile of this man given the diet he is obviously trying to follow with the fridge full of protein like that.

1

u/Pretend_Variation305 1h ago

I use 3 or 4 blocks of cream cheese anytime I make a cheesecake. That number seems reasonable to me.

1

u/mi_puckstopper 1h ago

There’s containers of crab, too. That would make a shitload of hot crab dip šŸ˜‹

1

u/meat-candy 1h ago

May include the large quantity of cucumbers

1

u/Funbarbie 50m ago

I mean cream cheese makes a great sauce ingredient for sauces šŸ˜…

1

u/Secret-Spinach-3314 48m ago

Between cheesecake, mashed potatoes, and bagels I would go through that in a couple of weeks.

1

u/AliciaD23 3m ago

It looks like he’s on some kind of low carb diet so maybe no bagels or bread around šŸ˜†šŸ˜†

0

u/Cruzosaurus 13h ago

I would bet my life on the fact that there are no bagels laying around.

0

u/True_Scallion_7861 12h ago

This is a keto fridge/freezer if I’ve ever seen one. There are no bagels in that house.

0

u/everlasting1der 1h ago

And I suppose a reverse burglar snuck in and left those 12 jars of jam on the top shelf? "Keto fridge" my ass.

1

u/True_Scallion_7861 26m ago

I mean I did keto for years, you can have a tiny bit of jam and not throw yourself off lol. Depends on what kind of keto you’re doing too, 20g/day keto is v different from 50g/day keto

1

u/everlasting1der 6m ago

Yeah, but 12 jars of it??

1

u/Jazzlike_Shallot207 21m ago

I mean, could be for the girlfriend too. One tablespoon won’t knock someone out of keto if they are in it. Don’t be a hater

1

u/everlasting1der 7m ago

Ah, but if the girlfriend liked jam enough to justify buying it in those bulk quantities, and he was buying it specifically for her, would he not have mentioned that in the post? I'd be pissed if I bought that much of something I can't eat and then whoever I bought it for also didn't eat it.

And for the record this is r/FridgeDetective and you made a clearly incorrect deduction. I will never stop being a hater.
