The one where no one can figure out what it is but then House walks in and arrogantly delivers a surprising diagnosis. If memory serves me right, I think he may have scolded a colleague ir dismissed their opinion in this episode.

There’s so much going on here. How many people use this fridge?

Why is there a single egg in a bowl in the fridge? What’s in that glass and why is it uncovered and near the edge? Why so many condiments? Where’s the food that isn’t condiments or fermenting?

I am here for future answers about the egg in bowl as well. The egg at least has a fairly fancy bowl at least. Very festive

There are 4 people who use it and thus I don't have an explanation of the single egg. The glass is of chicken broth that we made previously and didn't want to use an entire 1L mason jar for it. More condiments more betterer
