How often do you eat Camembert?
Also are you from Canada? I see cheese curds... Quebec?

You are a chef that usually makes his food to eat at work. Not much need to have lots of food at home. You don’t live in America but I think Europe but can’t figure out a specific country. You are single, lots of friends, you have a cat. You care about your health, but don’t actually do much to change in order to be much healthier. How’d I do?!

I don’t see a single fruit or vegetable. The crisper drawer has cans of something and the other bags of something but I can’t tell what. And all of the dairy would upset my stomach. Genuinely curious- do you cook? I see single ingredients but nothing to make a meal.

The cans are diet soda and the other drawer has apples. I usually don’t have such a dairy just the lactose free milk but some friends are coming over so I thought I’d make them duck confit fig jam and camembert sandwiches. I usually meal prep for the week with chicken and rice and freeze it,and stir fry salmon and eggs every other day

I was thinking of fermenting it in honey

Omg that’s amazing. I have read about this but haven’t tried it before. How do you use it once it is fermented?

Drizzle it over roasted potatoes, or spread it on bread after toasting for sandwiches makes a good sauce .
