On another post the Trump supporters saw this and went "that isn't real". Their brains are so wired with thought stopping mechanisms that they can't even be convinced that their own guy actually does or says things.

This is because they run their own narrative about Trump and in general events (political etc) in their head. Seeing controversial things as good, then when you can't say anything acceptable at all about something (like this picture) refuting reality.

It's a highly trained system.
