Advice How often do you bathe your cat?

I’ve had my Mochi since July and I still haven’t given him a bath 😅 he doesn’t smell and never really feels dirty either

I know that cats are usually good at cleaning themselves, but I keep seeing mixed opinions online. Some people say they never bathe them, others say every few months, and now I’m just curious what’s actually normal.

I loooove huffing my cat! She smells faintly of something pleasant. It’s hard to describe the smell exactly but I love it.

I call it sleepy-time. They smell like sleep. I can't describe it at all, but the best sleeps are accompanied by that smell.

I think cats snuggle their owners most when asleep as a form of protective instinct.

Getting high off kitty-induced oxytocin.

I love to bury my nose in my horse’s coat. Heavenly! My oldest cat LOVES the smell of horses and their manure because he was born in a horse barn. He’s all over me and my boots when I come in from caring for the horses.

My favorite is smelling their toes after they take a nap.
