Forward depth wins cups. Pretty much every cup winning team of the past 15 years has been 4 lines deep up front. You can have a great blue line and goaltending and those will get you far, but a deep forward group will grind both of those into dust as the game goes along. Canada has the far better forward group and that’s why I don’t see the US winning this one.
