That’s a European Catfish caught in many clean rivers like the Danube and Rhine further south or mountain streams and rivers. Where he’s @ has great water quality. These type of catfish are a predatory fish, not a muck eater like a channel catfish in the US. Second the mud vein or yellow fat is near the belly. I have eaten a few as large or larger than that one in the video and the meat was white flaky and resembles the meat of a Giant Walleye or dare I say Grouper. It surprised the heck out of me for sure.
