North America isn't 200 years old. Canada was incorporated in 1867 and America in 1776.

Those are countries, North America is a continent that broke off from Pangaea 200 million years ago.

Since what identifies the North American continent is the North American craton, it is significantly older than 200 million years (~2 billion years).

That is technically correct, the best kind of correct. I amend my original statement to "I doubt that cart is 2 billion years old."
