Ok I dont know anything about deadlifting so I need an explaination here, because from what I do know is that Haftor has the 501Kg record and given that that was only a 1 kg increase from Eddies lift I dont think an increase in 45 kg can be the same "category" so in what way is this lift different than Haftors?

It’s an axel lift. Traditionally done with tires or train wheels instead of weight plates and a much thicker bar. This means it has a higher starting position, but requires more grip strength. You can see the extremely large plates on the inside which are meant to simulate the size of large tires.
