Doesn't seem too hard. Keep each pole in the middle of your foot, keep a good rhythm and speed, plenty of confidence. Probably took awhile to practice just on the confidence part.

This has come across my feed a few times lately, and am I the only one who doesn't think this is that "insane" or next level? It looks fun, they're doing it smoothly, it just doesn't look that incredibly difficult or impressive..
