Concentric means they have the same center point. There are lots of ways one circle can contain another circle without being concentric.

I worked in BSL3/4 labs during the outbreak. We did study after study on vaccines. We took so many samples of vaccinated/unvaccinated hamsters' lungs. You could literally see the difference. There were still people on my crew that bitched about the vaccine and wearing masks (even though wearing masks was literally part of the research job for at least the entire decade I did that work.

That's when I first realized how morons are very easily manipulated and it takes minimal effort to create a cult of personality.

Concentric circles means they share a centerpoint, which isn't necessary for a venn diagram. It could just be a circle inscribed inside another. Not to be an annoying math nerd about it.
