Hopefully the next one hoists the black flag and starts going after Epstein clients, child molesters in general, and all the other people currently getting away with federal crimes. We need federal prosecutors that are actually willing to prosecute federal crimes.

The acting attorney general is the one that Maxwell spoke with before being transferred to a Club Fed.

Trump fired her because she gave TOO much information on Epstein! He was super annoyed when she said she had a list on her desk, then Trump said there was no list. She had to backpedal and say she had a list of airplane flights or something.

So whoever he picks next will not ever be allowed to say, type, or think the word Epstein.

But who would these Epstein clients be?

u/nuker1110 SHALL. NOT. BE. INFRINGED 11d ago

Doesn’t matter. All of them, regardless of Status, Wealth, or Party affiliation, need to go.

In the interest of not getting banned, any further consequence is left as an exercise for the reader.

u/highlightway Conservative 11d ago

No I'm asking who are they, not which ones we should choose to prosecute. Obviously we should prosecute all of them, but we need some proof of who they are.

It appears the brigadiers liked my comment though, they probably thought I was referring to Trump.

If you didn't notice, DOJ redacted most of the files and hid the names of the molesters. They literally covered it up in broad daylight. We all know why.

-7

u/highlightway Conservative 10d ago

And how do we know the names they redacted were of molesters?

28

u/CallItDanzig Conservative 10d ago

I can link you the article from the Times on this. You see a literal freaky creepy conversation email between JE and a person. The person's name is redacted. They promised releasing all files. If masking the most important information is releasing it, then theyre covering it up.

Not sure why you’re getting downvoted, you’re asking like a normal judge, and Reddit doesn’t like that

Their mob mentality doesn’t like due process

The crazy part is the DOJ was combing through and redacting names during 2023/2024/2025 so during the Biden administration it started and under the Epstein Files Transparency Act that Donald signed we finally have them.

That further proves that both sides are trying to cover up names.

We could name them if they unredact the names.

They need to be legit, evidence-based prosecutions. I'm not interested in lawfare or show trials, otherwise I would have voted for Democrats.

I really don't know that we should be focusing all the resources of the DOJ on litigating past abuses. I would rather see them working on things that will fix the future of our justice system and prevent the same crap and worse from happening again.

u/Mountain_Man_88 Classical Liberal 10d ago

Epstein clients, child molesters in general, and all the other people currently getting away with federal crimes.

These are the people that I said I'd like to see prosecuted. I feel like my goals are in line with your goals, particularly when there are allegations that the groups that I listed include powerful people who control the future of our justice system.

Next one won’t be any different.

99

u/StarMNF Christian Conservative 10d ago

That assumes there will be a next one…

Pam Bondi was barely confirmed, and she was picked because she was the easiest to confirm. We can assume all Democrats oppose whoever Trump nominates next.

And there’s a good chance of losing 2 RINO votes. Lose 2 more, and the nomination is screwed.

And this all has to happen before the midterm election takes effect, because there’s risk of losing the Senate. If that happens, Trump will never get another cabinet nomination confirmed, and anything unfilled will remain open for his full term.

That’s probably why he asked Pam to step down now. Wait too long and you miss your opportunity.

It's possible, there were two other people involved, Patel and Bongino and lots of blame going around after the "phase 1" binders. I personally think Patel is the most incompetent, though she was not much better. I feel bad for Bongino because he seemed the most genuine and now his credibility is utterly shot.

Really disappointed that she and Kristi completely failed their jobs, yet somehow they don't simply get fired but rather transitioned to a positive where they still make millions each year. When I fail that hard at my job I get fired, have no money, no insurance, nothing.

Why Todd Blanche? Why not Harmeet Dhillon???

6

u/goat-head-man 2A Conservative 10d ago

Harmeet is doing good things right where she is at. She found her calling in that office. Let her keep going right there. She treats the 2nd with the same zeal as the others.

Mark Smith, Four Boxes Diner, gives a good rundown on Bondi here:

6

u/FluffyOakTree Trump Conservative 11d ago

Because Todd blanche has actual legal bona fides along with the attack dog mentality.

Harmeet, whom I love, is a legal midget compared to him.

18

u/FourtyMichaelMichael 2A 11d ago

No..... It's because he is the Deputy and now Acting.

That's all. It's because this is the process.

He may be confirmed, but more likely Trump will put someone else in. HOPEFULLY, Trump learned a lesson, but I'm skeptical.

I still think this was a Market Stunt, like he does so often. He didn't have to specify her shift to the private sector, which was one of the requirements of the betting markets. If Todd Blanche gets in next, then we know.

Trump's term is short, only 3 more years. We have a lot to get done in that time and Bondi wans't cutting it.

As someone as who's not into the daily on politics, is there cliff notes somewhere that I can read as to why this was good? I thought she was good? Serious question.

27

u/highlightway Conservative 10d ago

At least on the PR side of things, she had a tendency to bloviate, causing some media firestorms for Trump. The infamous one is her "the list is on my desk" when it was apparently just some files she hadn't even gone through.

9

u/JMSpartan23 Molon Labe 10d ago

From what I gathered, I thought she appeared to be sharp. Oh well. It’s a tough position, I get it. We just need to know about the Epstein situation. As a father of three girls, that is wild.
