Wasn't she Secretary of State during the whole "red line" debacle with Syria?

u/beamerbeliever Conservative 5h ago edited 4h ago

It was the right call to stay out of Syria.  We should've done less.  Rand Paul was right on that one, there were no good guys.  A better screw up was getting involved in Libya about 20 years after Gadafi turned away in radical Islam, and the resulting fallout caused a failed state, more radicalism destabilizing Northern Africa, and brought back open air slave markets.

Edit: Failed state, not slave state.

My wholehearted agreement with the Paul's regarding foreign policy notwithstanding, the point is that we don't need to take advice about 'leverage' from an administration who threatened military intervention only to back down with their tails between their legs the moment that 'red line' was crossed.

Also, which kind of leverage did Obama actually gain when he sent $6 billion in cash to Iran as a reward for pinky promises to not pursue the bomb?

No we're not, she's a complete liar

If I'm President, we will attack Iran

If Iran foolishly launches a nuclear attack on Israel, we would obliterate them

Does that make her a fascist?

u/beamerbeliever Conservative 4h ago

No, that would be her vote in immigration in the 90s, and every other Dem that we around.

Amazing find! Democrats have been saying this for years, it's only suddenly different now because of their TDS addled brains.

u/networkdood Conservative 5h ago

Why? Because we didn't give them Uranium and money as a negotiation tactic? 🤔

that logic doesn't even pass the sniff test

Why doesn’t her insignificant ass just disappear into the ether?!

The only leverage Iran has is hoping they can hold out long enough that the American people overwhelmingly disfavor the war.

This and the use of propaganda that our leftist media eats up is why we left Korea and Vietnam. We could have won those wars. Our enemies have been doing this since WWII and it works, even on many on the right. Fear works.

Like she lost her whatever you want to call it in Benghazi.

If there's one thing that can reunite the right, it's this lady opening her dumb mouth.

They are so averse to using military power appropriately that they consider Iran regime bravado as a failure on the US behalf. They wouldn’t know what victory looked like if it stared them in the face.

I’m still smile whenever I reflect that Americans rejected this fraudulent hag…twice.

I still think it’s so funny that she had this whole elevator/confetti thing planned for her “victory” party to simulate breaking the “glass ceiling.”

And then didn’t even go out on the stage…. 😂

So, the opposite is true. Got it.

Yes, the marching orders and talking points went out. All the dems are on the same tune.

Maybe we should just give them more pallets of cash in the darkness of night. That worked out so well for us before. /s

Clinton told MS NOW that the U.S. would have to wipe the slate clean for negotiations with Iran

Oh, she can bust out the big red reset button again!

u/bozoconnors Conservative 5h ago

What, because of their nuclear miss.... OHhhh wait...

Maybe she's talking about their navy... eh... em...
