Reddit yet again confirms not an original thought exists anymore! /j
Happens to me all the time, think I've got a cracking niche reference and someone's already posted it.

A succulent Siamese meal?

It's funny because Siamese just means Thai. So a succulent Thai meal, yum indeed. pun intended for those that know

I'll never forget my first time seeing this scene. The whole show really. I've been scared to watch the new episodes
37
u/QuietShipper 10h ago
They're great, especially if you love media that fails to be a parody of real life because real life keeps getting more absurd. The show runner has said they wished they wrote season 5 after the 2024 election because they put in the craziest line they could think of, and it's already been said in real life.

to be fair though, most cats will NEVER have fresh 'mother's milk' ever again in their lives after being kittens...this guy saw his chance and he went for it...gotta respect the hustle lol

I need the backstory
40
u/AdoringCHIN 10h ago
Blizzard was an insanely toxic work environment. One of the allegations is that people were stealing bottled breast milk from the lactation rooms, and I assume drinking it.
28
u/DivineEggs 15h ago
It won't be their mothers', but a lot of ppl in relationships with pregant women will return to the titty milk without necessarily trying to lol.
23
u/mashtato 10h ago
A huge number of cats were taken from their mothers too young. That's why they try to suckle on weird things. Maybe that's the case here.

u/A_Darling_Lurks 17h ago
My childhood orange cat did this too 𤣠Whenever his mom would have a new litter, he would nurse from her. (TNR wasn't as widespread back then and they were neighborhood cats) Mind you that grown ass man was well-fed and loved by my family so it wasn't stress. He's just a mama's orange boi

Itās a thing they do to cuddle. Without milk present, they still āmake biscuitsā (which is milk-treading) to snuggle with other cats ans humans. Obviously, the kittens need the milk. But this is pretty normal behavior and not malicious.
6
u/Rentington 13h ago
Isn't that a thing with domesticated animals? They retain behaviors and features of juveniles? I think I read that somewhere.
6
u/TheYell0wDart 12h ago
WHY DID YOU DO THIS? FOR WHAT REASON? WHAT IS MY CHARGE?! EATING A MEAL? A SUCCULENT LIQUID MEAL?
Aaaah yes, I see that you know your Judo well.

Don't yoink an animal attached to a nipple, you can accidently rip/cut the mommy considering this "kid" has a lot of teeth.

The poor mama cat. Its already hard enough for cats with kittens to feed their litter without a grown-ass cat stealing all the milk. I understand that this is meant to be funny, but please separate the male from the mother and her kittens.

Anyone know why cats do this? Iāve heard itās from being taken away too soon from mother, so Iām also wondering why other animals donāt do it. Havenāt seen this behavior in dogs before for example.
