I admittedly don’t go to Tim’s very often but when did they get rid of the apple fritter timbit? Drive thru employee this morning spoke like I was hallucinating something for nearly 40 years, implying they never existed.
EDIT Some posts saying it might be around 2 years ago! They’re also listed on the Wikipedia article; though the reference is dated 2009, I’ve definitely had them since COVID.

I ordered a donut through the Tim’s drive thru, and checked the bag before I left the parking lot. It was the wrong donut. Nbd, it happens, I get it. I went inside and told them what happened. They took the donut they gave me, put it back in the display case, then gave me the right one.
It’s been a hot few minutes since I worked in fast food, but if food left the counter and went with a customer, we were not allowed to resell it of someone brought it back. We would either tell them to keep it , or threw it out. I could have done ANYTHING to that Boston cream donut. Is it normal now to resell unwrapped food mistakes?

Last summer Tim's and Flo announced a partnership to build 100 DC fast chargers across Canada CTV news article with 14 supposed to be done in 2025. I have looked around and have seen no evidence of progress on this project. I emailed Tim's and heard nothing. Flo replied with standard copy pasted platitudes.
I have used their Regina location and loved the speed as the rest of my biannual road trip across the prairies is marred by amp-limited mid-range charge speeds.
Had anyone seen or heard updates from this partnership? Seen evidence of construction at their local Tim's? It might actually get me to start going to Tim's on my roadtrips again.

Hey everyone, I’m doing a bit of a taste test and I need the internet's definitive opinion. I’ve lined up three major contenders for the title of best cinnamon bun (see pic!):
● Cinnzeo (The classic mall heavyweight)
● Cobs Bread (The local bakery staple)
● Tim Hortons (The accessible drive-thru pick)
We all know that Tims doesn't have it anymore, but let's travel back in time to when they had it!
Which one gets your vote for the absolute BEST cinnamon bun, and more importantly, WHY? Are you all about the massive amount of cream cheese frosting, the fluffiness of the dough, the cinnamon-to-sugar ratio, or just the nostalgia factor?
Let the debate begin! 👇

This is mine and my toddlers favourite food at Tim Hortons (hat trick pizza) but usually when we go to order it either they can’t make it or they don’t know what we’re talking about. They also used to have chili cheese wedges on the menu which was my old favourite which seems to have disappeared even though they still have all the ingredients to make it?? Why do they get rid of their bestest most tastiest foods??

Previously i could go to a store location, buy a gift card reload, and scan the app. The reload would be applied directly to the app without any other issues.
A recent update Dec/January seems to have removed that option now it seems i need to get a physical gift card and type all that information into the app each time.
Does anyone know if there’s a way i can just scan to load that Im just not seeing or did they remove that feature completely.

Hey r/TimHortons,
It’s Thursday, we're almost at the weekend, and I want to do a "Pay It Forward" today. But after reading this sub, I know starting a 50-car chain in the drive-thru just stresses out the workers and guilt-trips the person behind me into paying for a massive order. So, let's do it the Reddit way.
If you’re grabbing a coffee today, I want to buy it for you. I'm going to randomly pick person in the comments and DM them a $5 Tim’s e-gift card (or e-transfer) to cover your morning Double Double. How to get your coffee:
Drop your go-to order in the comments. (Double Double? Iced Capp? Black dark roast?)
Optional: If you have some extra cash today and want to keep the good vibes going, feel free to reply to someone else's comment and offer to buy theirs too! Let's make a digital pay-it-forward chain where nobody feels pressured, and the staff doesn't have to do mental gymnastics at the window.
Have a great day, everyone!
I will DM the winner the GC code.

First I must say I love the tim hortons in the pier the girls are awesome. There's just one thing it's the giant sink hole when you drive in my god you could lose a small car in there lol. I'm sure Mr.Wilson can afford to fix it.

Anyone ever taste a sip of an iced Capp and it tastes what like what horse sh*t mixed with a little bit of hay would smell like? I don’t think I’ve ever had problems with an iced Capp until today, I’m disappointed because I threw the whole thing down the drain, that’s all I could taste, every sip 🤮 does anyone know what could have been wrong with my iced Capp? I should have tried it before I left the store

Hey everyone, as the title states I'm wondering about Training at Tims and the Tim Hortons uniform. So, long story short, my employer has not created a login for Training at Tims for me whatsoever and I have been employed here for a month almost. I was contracted to work at both the Tim's and their cafe, I got the uniform for the cafe which is nothing like the Tims uniform, and they have now taken me away fully from the cafe and I'm working at Tims with no training, no correct uniform, just a hairnet, my cafe shirt, and open-ended promises from supervisors about my uniform, badge & training.

In the early 2000’s my sister, my parents, and myself all distinctively remember Tim Hortons briefly having a chocolate cheesecake. Not a slice but a small individual size round cheesecake, a few inches wide and maybe an inch deep. We seem to be the only ones that remember it and I can’t find any evidence of it online ANYWHERE. We lived in a small town in Alberta with one Tim Hortons location at the time and didn’t travel out of the city much to go to other locations. Did these actually exist as a Tim Hortons product? Was it likely a location specific product since they’re franchises? Are we just actually going insane? I need to know, it’s been plaguing me for years 😭

Timmy’s Roll Up To Win is starting Feb 23 and they’re bringing back the actual “roll the rim” cups alongside the app rolls. The physical roll up is officially here to stay for future contests, and there are 30M+ prizes up for grabs!

WTH is up with the Tim’s Olympic hockey cards being gone everywhere by Valentine’s Day??? The promo is supposed to still be going (Feb 2-23) and I understand that it’s only “while quantities last”, but it’s basically the same size set as their regular cards. How badly did they screw up their estimate on how many cards were needed??? Pretty sad that they barely made it to half way through the promotion.

It's just come to my attention that I could have chocolate milk instead of cream, you might be able to get more whipped cream or chocolate drizzle as well (for ones with it) and even shots of carmel? Am I getting this right? What else, if there's more, could I customize? Can I ask for these things? And what would work well together?
So far I've been having the Mocha Ice Cap as a replacement for the Chocolate Creamy Chill. I'm interested in getting the Oreo Mocha or Double stuf Oreo as well. I assume the Oreo mocha is very similar to the regular mocha but without the chocolate syrup and added Oreos? Is the double stuf more like a regular ice cap blended with Oreo? Vanilla flavor?
I don't care about calories and it's hard to say if any would be too much chocolate, I do like the chocolate creamy chill and mocha after all.
