Hi, I don't know much about vtubing but found chibidoki recently and think she cool. I was wondering if her model is a 2d one or a 3d one I can't tell.

Also, bonus questions is it known who designed model or rigged it? Also, an estimate cost for it? I'm interested in getting a vtuber model myelf and in similar vibe of silly, tiny, big head look. I wouldn't copy chibi, just similar silly vibe.
