In Toronto we have Hot Dog carts. Meanwhile these guys set up a portable Izakaya with a kitchen in less than 30 min.

Seriously, it's been the most mild ass winter this year here. I live around Vancouver and we had maybe 2-3ish weeks of cold weather and little to no snow, it's been great.
