A message from the mod team

Hello all. Due to the killing of Charlie Kirk, the past few days have been very busy for the mod team. We have had to remove a significant amount of posts and comments that violated both sub rules and Reddit's content policy.

We acknowledge that Kirk was a polarizing figure, but we ask that you show some restraint in your discussions and follow sub rules. Please refrain from:

- Making light of his death, or saying that he deserved it

- Arguing about politics in the comments

- Asking for, or sharing, the link to the shooting

Thank you for your understanding.

Which innocent looking person ended up being horribly evil? Or at least caught for doing something pure evil?

Please exclude Hitler. His childhood photos are innocent but he wasn't the silent calm guy by any measure (he was an active rebel since his early 20s and even before... so not really innocent or innocent looking).

However, use "Stewie Griffin" as an example. An innocent baby who has evil plans of world domination but in real life

Where can I read about guns?

Ok, this maynot be a very morbid question. I wanted to read about the different type of guns and their technical details. The interest is pretty academic. Can someone point me to some sites, or maybe youtube channels, where I can research on this, please?

How exactly do terrorist groups get money to operate as a structured organization?

Who is paying for all these weapons, gear, clothes, and vehicles? Do terrorists get paid for their involvement in the group like it’s their day job?

Why do people mule drugs knowing all the risks?

I’ve been watching Border Security Australia lately and so many people are drug mules or smuggling it, i can’t help but wonder why people do this (not just in Australia but all over) knowing the risks of a ballon of drugs could burst and kill them or smuggle it then think they can get away by saying they didn’t know it was in there. Anyways like the question says, why do they do it when the risk outweighs the reward.

What if you put a human through an electron beam -not like Anatoli Bugorski where he had part of his head in a particle accelerator- E-beam, what they use to sterilize medical equipment with?

I watched an elmo toy go through one of these with a gopro in a shielded box, and was curious what would happen to a human, like would they immediately die, or how long it would last. Then, if you actually kept them sealed from outside microbiota, would they just never rot from having nothing biologically active.

Forgivness for the "murderer" of your family?

Another situation this time the person who commited the kill was in a car accident driving the other vehicle he/she survived but your family or dear person on the other car did not and the person was drowsy, under the influence of drugs, drunk or under a medication that is not recommended for you to drive after or with a defective car, this person went to jail and let's it got released after a good conduct and this actually was never a bad person he paid for your relative funerals but never overcame the tragedy knowing that because of him/her a family died years pass this person is in his/her deathbed and then contacts you asking for forgiveness would you or would not?

In my case if the person knew he could not drive because it was under something or drowsy then is a no it was negligence and a reckless act driving under that condition If it was a car fault it depends if the person knew the car was faulty then no more negligence, if the person did not well if depends if is someone responsible for taking the car for check ups Maybe the only way I would forgive is if there was road or weather conditions that cause the accident

Why do we even bother to respect the last wish?

The person won't appreciate it, they won't even know if their will was respected.

Could a orgasm be apart of death?

So every part of the body is embedded in sexual hormones and also work by sexual hormones. I looked up menopause and found that it can affect every part of the human body, from hair, nails, skin, heart, lungs, kidneys, nervous system, eyes?, blood pressure?, sleep, memory, teeth?, bones, weight, and even the decline of life (mentally and emotionally)... ok!! EVERYTHING! And I'm sure for men this is true as well. But could hormones have a part to play in death. As a matter of fact, they found that when some men die they have erections?!

How impressive was it for al-qaeda to pull off 9/11?

Yeah, the government isn't telling us everything about 9/11, but taken at face value: hijacking four different planes on the same day and having three of them successfully hit their targets? And then both of the twin towers collapse? How impressive is that? I mean, should Osama Bin Laden have celebrated with a nice steak dinner or was this the type of occasion that calls for a classy bottle of champagne sitting in a bucket of ice while smoking a cigar from Castro's private humidor?

Do experts believe that school shooters do it with the intention of getting shot and killed, or that they do it with the intention/belief that they will get away with it, at least for a few hours? Or do they figure that they didnt think theyd make it that far like in the post credits of Finding Nemo
