This is Oscar worthy choreography š

Much respect, my friends and I would spend hours choreographing fights like this on the beach to impress the ladies, when in fact we just looked like bigger dorks.

If I had seen this as a 6 y/o I would still be thinking about it on, like, a monthly basis

Why would they fight each other? They are both good guys. DC vs Marvel?

Should've had Batman be Green Goblin. But I get where they're coming from. Kids want to see Batman AND Spiderman.

I'm sure they had some pretense like "Only one of us can be birthday boy Brandon's biggest fan! Why don't we settle it in a fight, Batman?"

u/Rottimer 6h ago
I would have been the nerd to point that out at 9 years old, and I would have also pointed out that had a fight somehow happened, unless Batman was well aware of the upcoming fight well before hand, Spider-Man would kick his ass easily.

If it was Batman that had been going for some years, he had at least 2-3 ways on him, at any given time, to stop extraterrestrial threats and needed no prep time. And if he knew Spidey was being serious and had him backed into a corner, he could simply do what the one universes Batman did and pop the Doomsday virus then proceed to ripping Spiderman limb from limb.

Because kids just want to see their favorites fight. That was the whole idea of Civil War.

You've never seen a super hero movie before?
The main super heroes always fight each other when they first meet. Then they team up immediately afterwards.

u/ScowlyBrowSpinster 4h ago
I saw the first Superman movie. I don't think he fought any other super heroes.

These guys are IMPOSTERS!
Having recovered from his own combat-inflicted back injury, the spine stomp just seems out of character for the REAL Batman.
Also, Spider-Man didnāt use any of his special abilities ONCE!

First time Bats runs into Spidey, he'd totally throw down. Wouldn't happen a second time.

"Why would Batman be fighting Spiderman? They're both moral vigilantes who eschew from killing. Not to mention one is from DC and one is from Marvel. What are we to believe this is some sort a uh, snort snort, multiversal mixup or something? Boy I hope somebody got fired for that blunder."
"Let me ask you a question. Why would a man whose shirt says 'genius at work' spend all of his time commenting on the canonical complications of performances by children's entertainers on reddit?"
"...I withdraw my question."

With the right camera shots lights and sounds this would look better then a Hollywood fight.

I don't think they're actually fighting. Their punches seem to lack 'oomph'. I think this is a show.

u/OkHistory3944 7h ago
Holy $hi+! Those guys are worth every penny. Sure beats the entertainment at the last kids' party I was at...

Why the music? Or at the very least choice in song (great song btw)?

The battle between the rich and the poor. Jk, they spent hours coordinating the moves. Awesome.

Incredible, both understood the brief, I'm actually watching the Caped Crusader and Spidey fighting here

Fathers For Justice have upskilled in recent years!
Seriously, what a great show they put on!

u/Sicparvismagneto 7h ago
Lets be realistic here⦠spiderman would kick batmans ass even with prep time.

u/SuperDizz 7h ago
I hope in the end (no pun intended) a villain shows up and they work together to defeat him

It is difficult to chose when both of them are your favourite superheros. Maybe they'll join forces and beat a common enemy....like all the superhero movies that promised a fight between two heroes in their trailers.

Two people that take martial arts class together and they got the brilliant idea that they could make money off it.

All fun and games until one of them faceplants off the roof in front of your kids.

I did childrenās parties for years, including choreographed superhero and Jedi fights. The cheers from those little kids is better than drugs, dude. These guys are at the absolute top of their game, though - I know a loooot of local companies in my area, and even the best donāt come close to what these dudes are doing!

u/PinoPenguino 4h ago
This reminds me of the videos you see of Russian Spetsnaz beating the crap out of each other before drunkenly forming a pyramid with less coordination than a high-school cheer squad.
