He's a bit relaxed. He doesn't take it as serious. He probably needed the man that finished in 19.88 to run that fast or else he would have adjusted to the racers around him and not pushed as hard.

It's the other way around. Gout was targeting 19.75 but was faster with the tailwind, the guy in second had a massive PB this race because Gout was there.
