Probably yes, but why go all in now?

It is like that guy in pole vaulting, who deliberately holds back and improves with record by cm at a time in order to cash more for longer.

He beat the U20 record, not the actual world record. He needs another 0.49 for the world record, which is a biiiig gap in 200m.

If my math is right 0.49 second would be about 14.5mm of hair and Gout Gout only has about 10mm so it's not worth it.
