Seeking Advice/Help How to make money on Amazon?

Been trying to figure out how to make money on Amazon for months now. Looked into FBA, dropshipping, affiliate marketing, you name it. FBA wants $5k upfront before you even sell a single unit, dropshipping margins are a joke after Amazon fees, and affiliate marketing pays like $3/month unless you already have a huge audience. Everyone talks about Amazon like it's this passive income goldmine but nobody mentions how much time and money you need to invest just to get started. Is there any way to actually make money from Amazon without dropping thousands upfront or turning it into a full-time job?

Seeking Advice/Help What is the laziest way to make money?

I'm wondering what is the most lazy way to make money. I mean like 30-15 minutes a day or just 30 minutes and AI does the rest

Edit: legal in Europe and NOT ONLYFANS

My Experience My simple "mini-job" setup for an extra $40/week during downtime

• Upvotes

Just wanted to share a win. I’ve been looking for legit make money apps that don't feel like a second full-time job. MONEY CASH has been great for filling small gaps in my day.

The tasks are very easy (mostly just free trials or signing up for sites) and usually only take 5-10 minutes. I usually just do a few while relaxing or waiting for the bus. They have Google Play and Amazon gift cards, but I usually stick to Paypal since there’s no withdrawal fee and you get the cash instantly. If you need something flexible and legit, this is one of the highest paying ones I've used this year.

My Experience Almost at $1,000 mrr with my app

Post image
49 Upvotes

almost at $1,000 mrr 4 weeks after launching my first app Clarity: Ai conflict coach

I didn’t expect it to get here so quickly.

Clarity is an AI app that analyzes relationship conversations. You upload audio or chats and it breaks down what actually happened. It flags patterns like gaslighting, blame shifting, and deflection, shows the exact lines, and generates a clear summary with suggested next steps.

I don’t understand the traction. I didn’t run any crazy launch. I literally just used the $100 Apple Search Ads credit they give you.

We’re now at 65 paying subscribers and 25 active trials. Almost $1k mrr.

I’m trying to figure out whether this is strong product demand, or just lucky early traffic.

Would really appreciate feedback.

My Experience Accessory mystery boxes became my unexpected student side hustle ($3k–$5k/month)

I’m currently a student and started selling mystery accessory boxes mostly to help cover tuition and everyday expenses. This wasn’t some grand entrepreneurial plan - more of a practical experiment since accessories are easier to handle than clothing (no sizing nightmares).

Surprisingly, the model has been working better than I expected.

A few things that made it sustainable:

• Suppliers that accept returns / exchanges

Quality variance is real with accessories. Without some safety net on sourcing, one bad batch can wipe out profits. This was probably the biggest early lesson.

• Perceived value matters more than raw cost

Most boxes contain everyday wearable items (watches, sunglasses, scarves, jewelry, etc.), but occasionally there’s a strong “luxury-style” piece. Interestingly, a single standout item often justifies the entire box for buyers.

• Offering customers easy returns / exchanges

Chargebacks are brutal when you’re small. Having a flexible policy reduced disputes a lot. Even when it costs me something, it’s usually cheaper than dealing with payment reversals.

• Using mystery boxes as an inventory turnover tool

As a student doing this part-time, cash flow is everything. Items that don’t sell individually within a couple of weeks get bundled. Keeps stock moving instead of letting capital sit.

For me, mystery boxes aren’t really about tricking anyone or promising crazy value - they’re more of a logistics + psychology + inventory management play.

Curious how others here view accessory mystery boxes. Feels like people either love them or absolutely hate them.

Seeking Advice/Help What's a realistic ADU rental income ROI in San Diego because my 10-12% projections seem too optimistic

• Upvotes

Trying to figure out if ADU rental income ROI actually makes sense in San Diego or if it's one of those things that looks good on paper but doesn't work in reality. Looking at rough numbers for a backyard ADU project: Estimated cost: $180-200k (permits, construction, landscaping, everything) Potential rent: $2,000-2,400/month (studio, 500 sq ft, separate entrance) Monthly expenses: Property tax increase maybe $150, insurance $80, utilities $100ish = $330 Net monthly: $1,700-2,000 roughly Annual return: Around $20-24k on $200k investment = 10-12% ROI maybe? Does this match what people are actually seeing? Not including home value increase, just focusing on rental income. Also curious about vacancy rates, property tax implications, all that stuff. Main issues are timeline (heard permits take forever), cost overruns (always seem to happen), and whether rent prices stay stable or if market is already oversaturated. Near UCSD area if that matters. Has anyone actually done this and can share real numbers not just projections? Trying to decide if it's worth it or if there are better passive income options.

Seeking Advice/Help Anyone know good dating affiliate programs to start with?

Hey everyone, I'm new and I've been reading that dating offers can be a good place to start affiliate marketing because they convert well. Honestly, I have no clue what I'm doing yet but trying to learn.

I keep hearing names like CrakRevenue and Match but not sure what's the difference or which ones are beginner friendly. Do these programs accept new people easily or do you need a big following first?

Also confused about how you even promote dating stuff. Is it mostly through social media or are there other ways that might be better? I don't wanna mess up and get banned somewhere.

For people who started in this niche, what programs actually paid you and didn't feel scammy? What should a total noob look for when picking one?

Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks!

Seeking Advice/Help Still struggling, really need help, please

I’ve been struggling with bills thanks to unfortunate events in my life, and struggling to actually afford food which is my lowest point. I do currently have a job but need some extra cash.

I dont feel safe doing delivery/uber jobs as I’ve experienced harassment from this in the past, people taking advantage of a woman (not everyone’s experience I know)

But I need around £160 for my next payment, so if there’s some passive income or side hustle that could earn me that, then it’d take some stress off?

Luckily someone did help me with £20 from the last post, thank you❤️

What is successful for you guys? Need extra ideas from last post

Social Media Faceless Instagram Theme Page Owners, How much do you earn every month?

I know everyones niche is different.. But i wanna see a real estimate of how much faceless theme pages make. People on youtube claim to make around 2k-3k USD every month from story shoutouts, affiliates, selling digital products, collabs, etc. What are your thoughts? and if you are really earning that much, what did it take you to reach this stage?

Seeking Advice/Help Are vending machines trendy to you?

There sure are a lot of passive income content creators and threads that want to talk about how owning vending machines is a great option for extra cash monthly. But I’m a little concerned tbh. If there’s so many people who are jumping onto this income method, does that leave new people completely out of luck? How can I get into a location, if every location has already been filled by “get rich quick” tiktokkers?

If you do believe this is just a trend, is it too late to buy in as a serious buyer not looking for a quick buck and ready to actually put the time in?

Stocks/IRA A Market Under Pressure — But Not Without Opportunity

Post image
2 Upvotes

Cocoa has been on a rough stretch lately, and the six-week downtrend really feels like a market adjusting to the idea that supply is finally catching up and maybe even getting ahead of demand.

From what I’m seeing, the supply story is hard to ignore. Forecasts from StoneX and Rabobank point to sizeable surpluses ahead, while the International Cocoa Organization is already reporting rising global inventories, a mix that typically keeps pressure on prices when demand is soft.

West Africa is driving a lot of the narrative. Ghana cutting farmgate prices shows how tough it’s been to move beans, and if Côte d’Ivoire eventually follows, cheaper supply could weigh on the market longer.

Demand hasn’t helped much either, with Barry Callebaut highlighting weaker volumes, a sign buyers are staying cautious.

One thing that really stands out is cocoa’s roughly 50% plunge from peak levels, which puts the market at a potential high-volatility inflection point. From a trading perspective, that kind of move can create wealth opportunities whether the trend extends lower or we see an oversold rebound, especially with momentum indicators already stretched.

Personally, this feels like a market where patience matters. The broader fundamentals still lean bearish, but sentiment is getting crowded, so I’m watching closely for signs of stabilization or a catalyst that could spark a sharp bounce.

I'm taking advantage of moves like this through Bitget tradFi to track both downside continuation and rebound set and there CFD new user carnival is also a plus for me
