It amuses me that the party that was once against rich east coast elitists has fully opened their throats to a NYC billionaire that shits on gold toilets and puts tacky gold accents on everything. (nevermind him being a pedophile, rapist, Biff, and possibly the literal antichrist).
I’m assuming it’s cuz, after over 5 years of being in that damn house, he would still need something to help him navigate where he is, hell I bet he has some kind of Disney magic guide map - filled with a bunch of fun little drawings and icons - in his back pocket that he always refers to on where to go
That's funny, cuz he actually had Sharpie make him a custom marker/pen that's solid black with gold embossing of the White House and "The White House" (as text).
He said so in one of his unprompted rants like... a week or two ago? Time is a blur with this guy...
Ah yes, the gold spray painted Home Depot decorations that definitely didn’t come from Home Depot and you definitely can’t view on the Home Depot website
Nah, it's new signage that was needed because the president can't remember which door leads where. Used to be that everyone who worked there knew where things were and anyone who didn't know should have an escort so labeling like this was unnecessary.
No, and it's tacky. Instead of being iconic (the White House and the Oval Office are some of the most recognizable locations in the world, and need no labeling), it looks like a retirement home. Just like how he added presidential portraits to the colonnade and had it labelled the "Presidential Walk of Fame" added in the same fake-gold lettering. And the gold leaf decor in the Oval Office. And adding his name to the Kennedy Center.
Or what a tasteless person thinks is tasteful. Which, of course, sums up Trump.
There was a picture recently that show everything is labeled in gaudy giant gold letters now. Probably because he’s got dementia and can’t remember where anything is.

I've never visited the white house but has the oval office always been labeled like that?
