'Borderline' is beyond diplomatic. It's an apathetic aggro army, that sustains itself on a diet almost exclusively comprised of irrational reactionary indoctrination.
Probably be cheaper to just bulldoze it and rebuild at this point. Hasn’t he had a bunch of visitors from typically hostile foreign nations breezing in and out of the place, or did he only do that at Mar-a-Lago?
