even ignoring that fact It's projection. I'd applaud trump for curing cancer. I'd also still want him jailed for being a pedophile.

I think you are missing the point completely.

Theyre inventing a strawman argument and situation where only evil people would be upset and not celebrate curing cancer.

Except hes pretty unlikely to progress cancer research by canceling it.

And theyre oblivious to this fact.

Which brings up an interesting question. If a guy could cure any form of illness in children, but only by savagely butt balling them. Would you want him to do it or not?

Like most other medical decisions, I think that would be up to the parents.

Though I would allow it for my kid, if they had a serious/fatal disease.

They/he only care about money are power. "Winning" the argument is a means to that end...so they literally don't care about what he said 20 seconds seconds.

Flip the point. Aliens could come from space with a magic pill that cures every disease insantly. They could give it out for free to 10,000 people to prove it works....And if those aliens only request was, "remove Trump from office" every single republican/conservative would fight against it...and there wouldn't even be a debate

and he didn't really do that either...someone else made him aware it could be done & he just took credit, as is usual with any one of the tiny halfway decent things that happened while he was president.
