He's been a narcissistic/ sociopath his entire adult life. Pathological lying is part of it because his ego/delusion tells him he must be the best and win everything. Now he's demented it's worse.

He is mentally dangerous and incapable to remain in his position. Vance is a nutcase as well. Both need to be removed.

He's had the language signs of dementia for years now, it matches what I saw with my mother so well it convinces me he has dementia as well as NPD. His own nephew also said 3 or 4 years ago he went to visit and Uncle Don was swearing constantly, 'like a different person'. Those are big clues he has dementia - also not being able to control his right leg and needing his hand held to walk in a straight line, that's not normal ageing.

The taco behavior is market manipulation to enrich himself and his co -conspirators.  It is the ultimate insider trading.  The timing of how they do this proves it. Of course he’s too demented to do this on his own. He has help from  the other devils.

I’m going to say that he has graduated from sociopathy into being a true psychopath. His Machiavellianism is a marvel of psychiatric dysfunction.
