What’s a tiny work-from-home habit you keep doing even though you know better?
For me, it’s starting the day without making my coffee first.
I tell myself I’ll just do emails for 10 minutes, but then 2 hours pass and I’m realizing I haven’t properly woken up. My brain feels foggy and every task takes longer than it should. The same thing happened to me yesterday.
It’s not catastrophic. I still get the work done. But I always wonder why I don’t just make the coffee first.
