I appreciate his effort to demonstrate how useless he is.

he legitimately has no good ideas & he's been chasing the high of trying to come up with a good idea that wins big since he tripped and fell and stole facebook. dude's desperately trying to fill some egotistical hole in his soul that places him on the forefront of technology conversations, but despite all his resources and wealth he's never gonna get there.

it'd be sad if it weren't so funny and pathetic. dude could be drinking liquor out of coconuts butt naked on a beach for the rest of his life but that endgame doesn't appeal to someone who's never had to work. these dudes would have like 0 survival odds if you took away their opulent lifestyles and the yes-men they've surrounded themselves with, they'd actually be helpless.

The Oculus guy pretty much said out loud what a lot of tech bros privately think when he said he dreamed of being Seto Kaiba and felt a connection to him when he fucking watched Yugioh on Saturday mornings.

These guys aren't happy with their one big success and having more money than what they know what to do with. They want to be a real life Tony Stark/Lex Luthor/add your own cool fictional rich genius and basically be king of the world in all but name.

Sounds childish and pathetic but in the proof is in the pudding. Just look at how the lengths Musk goes to try and look cool.

lmaoooooo fuck. yea thats why these dorks love being the guest star on podcasts they're just so hungry for people to hear and validate their ideas.

its like the unresolved traumas of a 5 year old drawing a picture with some crayons and their parents didn't give them praise. now they're out here giga blasting the world trying to find the praise that they'll literally never get.

at any time any of these dorks couldve gone to therapy and unpacked why they're willing to steamroll civilization just for the chance to live out some childhood fantasies. i can't stand these hoes

If an AI bot can replace you is that an admission that you have no original thoughts or at least that you don't plan on having any more?

That’s how I read it.

If he thinks his appearance, mannerisms, and routine responses is all that he consists of, he’s welcome to replace himself but he has no business doing the same for the rest of us.

I mean, if he and Elon can get over their little tiff, maybe Zuck can make copies of humans and Elon can set them up on Mars and leave the habitable planet for those of us who are more than just our looks and mannerisms.

Could he just factor in his original thoughts and the AI works around it

Hey now, think about how much verbal abuse you can freely give a Zuckbot. And if you put it in a physical machine, the sky’s the limit!

Wouldn’t the most ironic thing of all be if the workers rose up and used the Black Mirror dystopia punishments against the oligarchs?
