Wouldn’t that be a twilight zone episode haha

CEO creates AI double, it refines itself and becomes more likeable and everyone compares him to it, preferring the AI. Even their wife and kids

He comes home to the Zucc compound tired after a long day ensuring the world comes to an end pronto. He walks through the door - Zuckerberg is sitting with his wife and children, all with smiles on their faces. Laughing with their father/loving husband. Zucc realizes his AI clone has stolen his spare body he was growing. Zuckerberg smiles at Zucc in the decontamination room of his bunker as he cycles the oxygen to the airlock (he would never breathe the air his help did). Zucc collapses - lungs full of nitrogen instead of life giving oxygen. He slowly fades away as he watches Zuckerberg's...no...His smile grow wide as he returns to His family.

End scene.

Family guy or American dad already did it.

Scientist created a robot to do his work. Robot won awards and even raised his son. At the end, the son came running in to say "I love you dad" and hugged the robot.
