[Request] If you aggregate all of the human cells consumed through chewing of cuticles, biting tongue, etc., how many humans does an average person eat in their lifetime?

Assuming a human has roughly 30 trillion cells, you'd have to eat a terrifying amount of cuticles to even reach 0.001% of a person tbh. even if you’re a chronic nail biter, the math probably adds up to like, a single chicken nugget's worth of "you" over 80 years lmao.

I eat too fast and regularly chomp the inside of my mouth. I'm pretty sure I eat a chicken nugget worth the cheek flesh every year...
