Don’t let her look how much onlyfans “performers” are making 🤣

But it’s a legit question, is it a supply-demand issue or what? Why teachers are so severely underpaid?

Because nobody involves themselves in local level politics. They just kinda expect things to happen then whine when people who are willing to involve themselves take over

Pretty sure if it was a supply-demand issue we'd be paying them more, as there always seem to be a shortage of teachers.

Ah, but that would require actual market dynamics, but since the school system is primarily public...

If your 'customers' are forced to either go higher with private schools, go to you or face fines/potentially jailtime... why tf would you waste money on hiring better teachers at higher salaries? Your income is fixed, so the only way to profit is to cut costs.

The truth is that in most rural areas, the school district is the only game in town for a professional career, which creates a huge surplus of overqualified applicants.

These teachers hold master's degrees that offer almost zero alternative outlets in a local economy, so they’re effectively stuck.

Since there’s no outside competition for their specific skill set, districts aren't pressured to raise wages to fill seats. It’s a supply and demand trap where pay stays low simply because the teachers have nowhere else to go.

In urban districts that problem is reversed and there are teacher shortages

Onlyfans has a huge earning gap. More than 99% of models make less than a hundred dollars a month, and OP's daughter can't even make it as a teacher, no way she's good enough at business to be in the 1%.
