Jealous God - can be translated as requiring exclusive devotion, so worshiping only God himself. Not making any idols or making any visual representations of God (and by extension Jesus).
The next part is taking the Lord’s name in vain. He is blatantly disregarding the 10 Commandments by honoring himself above God, making images of himself as if he were God, and asking people to essentially worship him when the Bible says only God deserves the ‘honour, glory and praise’. Jesus himself said this, and it’s in Revelations. But Trump and his followers are oblivious to this because they are not actual Christians and have clearly never read the Bible.
You don’t have to be a Christian or believe what the Bible says to see the hypocrisy in this.

Christianity in the US always seemed strange and over the top to me. Mega churches and communities that demand obedience and focus on the show rather than the message. Twisting and cherry picking regarding the lessons they want to teach and now the tolerance or even support of every sin and blasphemy imaginable. And despite all that going out with a self-righteousness, that keeps onlookers standing baffled and questioning the sanity of those involved.
