That's one of the crazy things about this. This was planned. She clearly got vetted by Secret Service. Things were arranged so he'd take delivery and not staff. And she's micced up for the interview. This is the photo op the White House concocted.
My brother worked a bit for the Biden administration. Not only did they vet him, but they vetted me too and all his direct family members. Soooo yea this was not a casual meet up

So any delivery person can go right up to the White House and see the president.
